Refund Policy

1) Summary

  • Refund window: 14 days from purchase.
  • Digital goods rule: Because keys are delivered digitally, refunds do not apply once a key is delivered (except where required by law).
  • Processing time: If a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

2) Eligible Scenarios

  • Order cancelled before key delivery.
  • Duplicate order/payment made in error.
  • We are unable to fulfill your order.

Example: You paid but failed verification and no key was delivered — we will cancel and refund.

3) Not Eligible

  • A key was delivered (on-screen, account, or email), regardless of whether the email was opened.
  • Wrong edition/region purchased; change of mind; price found cheaper elsewhere.
  • Activation blocked by non-genuine installer, firewall/internet issues, device problems, or OS mismatches.

Example: Buying Windows 11 Pro when your device/license is for Windows 11 Home — not refundable after delivery.

4) Defective on First Use — Replacements

If activation fails on first use due to a verifiable key issue, contact us within 72 hours:

  • Order number, product, purchase date
  • Full-screen screenshots/video of the exact activation error
  • OS edition/region confirmation and proof of genuine installer

After diagnostics, we may provide a replacement key. If diagnostics show the problem is unrelated to the key (e.g., wrong edition), replacement will not apply.

5) How to Request

Email support@quikmskeys.com with subject “Refund Request – Order #XXXX”. Include your order number, reason, and payment method. We will acknowledge and confirm approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.

6) Method & Timing

Refunds are sent to the original payment method only. Bank/processor timelines vary. We do not issue cash or alternative-method refunds.

7) Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension; we submit evidence (delivery logs, order records) to your bank.

8) Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights available in your jurisdiction.
