https://quikmskeys.com (the “Site”) and purchasing our digital goods, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We are an online retailer of Microsoft product digital license keys. We are not Microsoft. Use of any Microsoft software is governed by Microsoft’s applicable End User License Agreement (EULA) and policies.

2) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Quik MS Keys. We may update them from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

3) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction (typically 18+).
  • Keep your account details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4) Products, Editions & Licensing

We sell digital license keys for Microsoft products (e.g., Windows, Office). Each product may have edition, region, and activation constraints. You are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing.

Example: A Windows 11 Pro key will not activate Windows 11 Home. Buying the wrong edition or region is not refundable once a key is delivered.

Keys may be single-use and/or bound to a device or Microsoft account per the applicable Microsoft EULA. Some activations may require an internet connection and a genuine installer.

5) Pricing, Taxes & Currency

Prices are displayed on the product pages or checkout. Taxes, fees, and currency conversion (if any) are shown or determined by your payment provider. We may correct typographical pricing errors prior to fulfillment.

6) Orders, Verification & Anti-Fraud

  • Orders may be fulfilled instantly or after manual review. We may request additional verification (e.g., email/phone confirmation) to prevent fraud.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order and refund any payment if fraud, misuse, or policy violations are suspected.

7) Payments & Security

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. For security, we may use fraud-screening tools and maintain transaction logs.

8) Delivery & Activation

  • Digital delivery only: Keys are delivered on-screen, in your account area, and/or by email to your registered address.
  • Proof of delivery: Server and email logs are kept and may be used as evidence of delivery.
  • Typical timing: Instant to a few minutes after successful payment; manual reviews may take longer (e.g., 2–12 hours).

Use a genuine Microsoft installer matching the exact edition and region you purchased. Keep your key secure; we cannot prevent use after it is delivered to you.

9) Refunds, Returns & Replacements (Summary)

Refund window: We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. However, because our products are digital license keys, once a key has been delivered, refunds do not apply (except where required by law).

  • Eligible examples: Order cancelled before delivery; duplicate payment; we are unable to fulfill.
  • Not eligible: Key delivered; wrong edition/region purchased; change of mind; price differences elsewhere; activation blocked by non-genuine installer, firewall, internet issues, or device problems.
  • Defective on first use: If activation fails on first use due to a verifiable key issue, contact support@quikmskeys.com within 72 hours with your order number and full-screen error screenshots. After diagnostics, we may provide a replacement key.
  • Processing time: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank/processor timings may vary.

10) Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure the purchased edition/region is correct for your device and intended use.
  • Use a genuine installer and follow Microsoft’s activation steps.
  • Provide accurate information and keep your contact details up to date.

11) Prohibited Uses

  • Reselling or redistributing keys without our prior written consent.
  • Using keys to violate Microsoft EULAs or applicable laws.
  • Fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, interference with Site security, or scraping.

12) Third-Party Terms (Microsoft)

Your use of Microsoft software is subject to Microsoft’s applicable EULA and policies. If those terms limit, restrict, or revoke activation rights (e.g., device changes, account binding, edition mismatch), we are not responsible for outcomes dictated by Microsoft’s terms.

13) Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and brand names (including “Microsoft”, “Windows”, “Office”) are the property of their respective owners. The Site’s content (text, graphics, layout) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute content without permission.

14) Reviews & User Content

If you submit reviews or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content on the Site. Do not post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

15) Availability, Maintenance & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, products, or features at any time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

16) Warranties & Disclaimers

The Site and our services are provided using reasonable skill and care but otherwise on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This section does not limit your non-waivable statutory rights.

17) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.

18) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quik MS Keys from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Site, or violation of third-party rights or Microsoft EULAs.

19) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country provide otherwise.

20) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

21) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

22) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) will survive.

23) Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
  • Assignment: You may not assign rights under these Terms without our consent.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control (e.g., outages, natural events, strikes, acts of government).
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the policies referenced here (Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Delivery & Activation Policy), are the entire agreement between you and us for the Site and purchases.
